    Beware! I got married at the beginning of this month and decided to use Jos A Banks because of their promotional deal-I got a free rental if 5 or more guys rented a tuxedo. So I go to checkout and they say I still have a $40 deposit. They say I will be refunded the deposit when the last groomsmen picks up and pays for their tux. Fast forward to the day before my wedding. I picked up my tuxedo and inquired about the refund. The same guy is working and now he says I will get the refund when my tuxedo is returned. In my mind, I think-makes sense. I had my best man return my tuxedo the day after the wedding by the way. Fast forward again to a week and a half after the wedding and still no refund. I call the same guy I talked to all along and he says now that I owe $156. I said that was absurd and I am due a refund. I get absolutely no where with him. So I call the Jos A bank in Noblesville and talk to a gentleman. This guy gets it. He figures it out and actually calls the Noblesville guy and gets it all square that I'll be refunded. 2 days pass and now I get a call from the Noblesville guy and he says that he talked to corporate and they said they don't owe anything. He kept trying to get me to come in to the store but I kept telling him I live 60 miles away and I am not coming in unless he wants to reimburse me for my milage as well. Completely frustrated, I called the Noblesville store again and talk to a Kayla. She finally gets it and apologizes profusely. She ended up calling corporate herself with my receipt number. Currently, I am waiting on the refund but should get it soon. Moral of the story...if you live in Noblesville and need a tuxedo-take your business to someone that knows what the heck is going on.

    Went to have fiancé choose and be fitted for a tux for our up coming wedding. What should be a simple and enjoyable process turned out to be a complicated and unenjoyable experience. There is always only 2 employees to be working . Our initial visit in which we had made an appointment for, did not begin for another 30mins as supposedly the only person that could help us was the assistant manager. Once the assistant manager was able to assist us, it took almost 2 hours to get our choices and info imputed. He had to have asked us what our wedding date was at least 7 times. We were told to come back to do a real fitting and when we did we were paired with the same scattered brained assistant manager. The store began to get busy and with only he and another young employee it appeared we may be at the store all day. Luckily (although we thought) another manager came in and took over our appt and got us in and out. The next day, my fiancé learned this other manager inputted our suit choices incorrectly. Would not recommend this shop location at all!!
