  We had an employee who was robbed at gunpoint two nights ago and had his personal phone stolen. We took him into this location to buy a phone at retail cost to replace it and the manager Zack refused to sell it to us because he wouldn't make any profit on the sale. He tried to blame this on company policy, but we drove to the Anderson location that is owned by the same company (Wireless Express) and they gladly took care of us and sold the poor kid a phone. When a company openly allows employees to value profit over people, the business will not be long for this world. I would highly recommend staying away from this location as long as this manager is allowed to run the store in this manner.
