  My wife purchased a Samsung Galaxy 8 on Sat. June 10th, noticed a horizontal line flickering on screen the very next day. Was able to finally get into store today 6/13 and was charged $45 restocking fee to replace phone. I'm in shock... what a joke!!!

  Was able to get in and out fairly quick for the most part but I think that's mainly cause I came at a decent time when there wasn't too many people there yet. Never really a fan of the barrage of "adds" that are always offered (ie tv, home security, tablets, etc.) but I understand the retail business model enough to not really blame that one store for it. Overall, got what I needed and got home.
