  I have been in this store and others quite a few times with some ok and some not so great experiences but every time I’ve worked with Tricia who is the manager again my experience is completely different. She really makes everything different. First, she is extremely knowledgeable but doesn’t make me feel dumb, quite opposite actually she helps me understand everything so much more. She is very personable, her staff seems to really enjoy her which makes the atmosphere fun for something that could be long painful process for customers. I got my new iPhone and I-watch, she effortlessly set everything up for me even though I forgot my passwords and she did it with a smile. I told her today I will go wherever she goes, she is really that good! Please keep her close Verizon!
